  • This is the only place I trust with the care of my family, my animals. Our 9 week old puppy that we had just adopted had parvo and we didn't know until we took her in. She stayed at the hospital here for a few days but unfortunately she did not make it. This was the hardest thing but the amazing staff were there for us the entire time. Dr. Mong called us every morning with an update on our baby and the staff called us every evening to keep us updated. When she passed we took the option of a private cremation and they gave us her ashes in a personalized urn with a lock of her hair and her paw print in ink and also a separate imprint of her paw print in clay and a card from the staff. A week later we got a card in the mail from Dr. Mong with a handwritten note about our baby Adrienne. I appreciated this so much. I will never take my animals anywhere else. Thank you very much to the staff at Desert Inn Animal Hospital.
