  • We hired Thompson Pro Painters to do our entire townhome just before we moved in in the summer of 2013. I think what we paid was very reasonable for a professional service and for the amount of square footage we had. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. However, he was not usually on site for my job and some of the crew members were not as careful as others. One young kid even joked about our color choices to our faces! Very unprofessional. Jeff was annoyed to hear that and told me he's not even a regular employee. The rest of the guys, though, were great. However, the project took a few days longer than estimated and once my husband and I moved in, we noticed LOTS of mistakes in the one room we'd had a special treatment done (some vertical stripes). There were patches on the wall that were a totally different color! Also there are small but noticeable splatters all over both bathroom countertops that we still haven't been able to get off. We went with someone else for the next job (re-doing the living room a year later because we changed our mind about the color-- not because it was poorly done.)
