Terrible customer service. If my home warranty company didn't contract with them I would never use this company again. Ok service on round 1 of fridge repair. But that didn't fix the problem. I called Ace many times... always went to voicemail, even during business hours. I left multiple messages. No return call of any kind. I called my home warranty company again and put in a new request but still no reply from Ace Appliance despite multiple calls again. I called both again today to fix this problem that has been on going for over 1 month of many calls, and many hours of wasted time (hold time is 20 minutes to speak to customer representative with my warranty company) and much frustration and food going bad in fridge. I hope they get it right this time.
