  • There is only 1 vet, and he only comes to this office every 2 weeks. According to his staff, he has another office in Pahrump and travels back and forth. He wqa nice and seemed knowledgeable. He explained things pretty thoroughly, I didnt have complaints when I left the office. However, the problems occured after we left the office. One of our pups who has epilepsy and heart murmur, had some expensive testings done per the vet's recommendation. He told me he would give me available call in available few days with the results. 3 days passed, no call. Finally on the 5th day, I called his office to follow-up. His staff told me the vet will call me back the same or next day. Nothing. I waited till the following week, still no call, neither from the vet or his staff. Waiting anxiously of the test results, I started following up every other day. I even went to the office in person, but he was never in the office. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, we got a phone call from the vet telling us the testing showed what we expected. My fiance could not afford to keep our pups under care of a vet who we could never get a hold of or guess when we can talk to him again. This is why we are now with Dr. B at Pet Health Hospital, and we are so happy.
