  • So I had issues with the other location down the road so decided to give this spot a try and of course I was let down. I scheduled a 1 o'clock appointment for Thursday, I get there at 12:58PM to check-in, he looks at his paper confused and I could tell they forgot to pencil me in. Then he proceeds to tell me the mechanic (I'm guessing there was only one working) already has someone right now. I'm thinking someone he's finishing up with in the next 15 minutes but no, they were starting in another client at the same time that I got there and casually told me that it will be 45 minutes! I ask him if the other young lady had an appointment and he says "Yes we take multiple in at the same times we're like a doctor's office" When I know that's complete BS, they clearly forgot to schedule me in and remembered to schedule in the other young lady and that's why they took her in first. I'm officially done with Midas.
