  • I was excited to stumble upon a new nursery - I am always willing to pay more than Loblaws or Home Depot prices for plants when I get great information and service - unfortunately you won't find that here. They seemed great - I had a $1,000 purchase I was looking to complete but needed more information - left name and number and waited. No call no information - called back lots of apologies, took name again NO CALL. I assumed they were just busy so. I called again - I really wanted to give them my business - talked to the person who was suppose to be calling me got information and I asked for a written quote - because a thousand bucks is a lot to me - gave email address and here we are over two weeks later and nothing - I guess they don't need my money, my business or my reference. If my job wasn't big enough or profitable enough for them they should have just said so - I would have moved on with no ill thoughts. But wasting my time pretending to want my business is rude....and this experience is one I'm happy to share with anyone thinking of shopping at Beech Nursery.
