  • This conpany is horrible. They manage our complex. We are owners. They refuse to deal with crime and illegal activity within our complex. You have to fight to get maintenance issues addressed. They will not return calls. The President and Vice President take our payments without a problem. But when we need something they do not respond at all. The receptionist fields all call and always has the same answer. They arent available. Well they havent been available in over a year. Stay away from using them to manage your complex. Horrible company anr customer service. Were trying to sell and move ASAP. Our safety is worth it.
