  • Unfortunately Statefarm has completely failed as retaining years of being a customer. Nicky the manager was so completely rude, did not show any concern for correcting the issues and suggested other companies to take my business. In addition, the charges or fees added on to the insurance were not on my record - which I was not surprised as I cannot count how many times "confusion" between vehicles, drivers and charging accounts occurred. Not a simple solution to stay as a customer for 2 months of an increase in insurance. I would've prob stayed on and paid bc of the company if some solution or empathy for the concerns were addressed. Completely disappointed. Clearly business must be doing great to not blink an eye at losing clients.
