  • Went to this PetSmart tonight with my boyfriend and my little girl to look into buying feeder fish. We saw a beautiful white, blue eyed rabbit and wanted info on it. As soon as the employee came in she looked at my toddler daughter and automatically denied us buying the rabbit not knowing our living conditions or anything. (I'm a teen mom who doesn't live with my boyfriend and my child does not go to my boyfriends house.) As I went to talk to the manager the employee started screaming at me and the manager sat back and allowed it. I will never shop at this location EVER AGAIN! I explained to the manager that the way her employee acted looked terribly on their store as a whole. I hope the manager teaches her employees how to talk to customers and takes this as constructive criticism.
