  • We purchased our wedding bands from Jared's last year. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were trying to match my wife's engagement ring which was a garnet and diamonds that I purchased in Vancouver and they were very good at helping us find something that was a perfect compliment. They have offerings for every budget, a large well appointed showroom. They also offer lifetime warrantees for purchase and all of their jewelry come with lifetime steam cleaning. They will offer you a water as well while you browse. Recently I wanted to give my wife a set of garnet earrings and pendant set in gold which had been my grandmother's. The chain was missing though. I brought the set in and one staff member happily steam cleaned and polished the jewels while another helped me select a gold chain to complete the set. They then re-boxed everything into Jared boxes and then added ribbons and a gift bag as it was a birthday gig. Perfect. My wife loved it. What I like best about Jared's is that regardless of your budget or how ostentatious or modest your selections, the staff will always treat every customer with the same courtesy and consideration. They appreciate every piece for its beauty and significance, not its price. They want return customers, and by taking all pressure out of a what can be a sensitive sales business, certainly in terms of marriage etc. they achieve success by making their clients welcome, comfortable and happy: to return. They have an amazing website too, perfect for bedtime iPad browsing. Thanks Jared's. You make our hearts and bling sing!
