I wish I would have read the reviews before buying my "Group-On" for this business. I had a similiar experience as well. For the 1st appt, she was a running a little late...ok...no big deal...I waited patiently and she apologized. But for my 2nd appt for my fill, I received a text from Ashley stating....
"Hey" 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPT TIME!
I replied with "Hey" and then "300 still?" (as I guess I was supposed to read her mind on what "Hey" meant.)
Ashley-2:53pm "I'm running behind can we push it back"
Me-2:54pm "Sure. What time?" (I decide to just go there since I had already left work early and didn't know what time she wanted to "push it back" to. Little did I know she would not respond for OVER 1 HOUR!)
Me- 3:34pm "Here"
Me-4:05pm -"Hello? What is going on?"
Ashley-4:07pm "I'm sorry finishing up with a hair client"
Ashley-4:08pm "I'll be at that location around 5pm"
Me-4:11pm "So I've been sitting here for 45 mins and you want me to wait another 45 mins? I got off work early to make it here. I understood when u wanted to push it back. Like 15-30 mins? But u never said 2 hrs! I have a 1 year old I have to pick up by 5pm"
NOTHING......NO APOLOGY....NO EXCUSE.....NO RESPONSE......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....I had already paid for the Groupon Voucher for a full set and 1 fill. I guess she got her money for the full set and didn't care about showing up to do the fill, even though it was supposed to be included and I tipped appropriately for the 1st visit....BE WARNED.....
