My husband brought our PS3 in there two months ago, as it was malfunctioning. After he dropped it off, they said they'd be in touch in a week. Nope! Two weeks later, he had to call them to inquire. They said they didn't know what was wrong, but were working on it and would contact him. Nope! A few weeks later he had to call again, same answer. Here it is two MONTHS later and he had to call to ask what was up and they just said he could come pick it up whenever.
No explanation of why it took them so long, no idea what was wrong with it, no apology, nothing.
It was there for two months and he had to hound them to see if any progress was made, and none ever was. What's up with that?
They might be good at fixing things, but the customer service is really unacceptable.
