I brought my truck in this morning 11/10/17 at 830 am used a 100 dollar interior detail deal I had bought earlier and upgraded an additional 100 dollars to get the exterior buffed waxed and engine cleaned. I asked the man for an estimated time frame and was told 4 hours to be safe. I then walked home about a mile away and waited. After 5 and a half hours I decided it was time to head back went up to the man I spoke with in the morning and asked where my truck was. He spoke with a detailer and found that they had parked my truck in the parking lot after driving it through the car wash and hadn't touched it since. At this point I am angry and ask to speak with a manager. He apologizes and tells me they will start on it immediately with two guys and to give him 2 hours. There is no way I am waiting an additional 2 hours so I tell them I want my money back from the upgrade and the deal I had bought at an earlier time. He was able to refund the upgrade but said the gift card has to go through corporate. So now I am upset that I've spent my only day off without a vehicle for absolutely no reason. I am anticipating the phone call from corporate to see how they handle the situation.
