  • They did an okay job with my move (although they did not wrap my furniture in cellophane or moving pads, resulting in scratches on several pieces of my furniture) and their follow-up on repairing one piece of furniture took quite a long time. I also found a couple of the movers wasting time talking on their cell phones (while they were hiding on the other side of their truck) and one guy took a 30 minute "nature call" break during the move, at my expense.
