  • I would highly recommend The Heritage apartments to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great location to rent. Being in the central part of Phoenix, this location is close to the 51 and the 10, the airport is a mere 15 minutes away and there is a lot of great restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 mile radius of these apartments. The staff is fantastic and are always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff is great and takes care not to make it appear that they were in your apartment for a maintenance activity. There is free pest control available to sign up for. Also, the apartments regularly have a food truck stop by on Thursdays in the evening. Had I not decided to buy a house, I will still be here.
