| - I found Jason Weiner, of the Weiner Law Group, on Google after searching for CPS attorneys. CPS became a part of my life after my daughter witnessed an act of domestic violence on me by her father. CPS scheduled an appointment with me which turned out to be a plea hearing suggesting my daughter should be removed from my custody. At this point I realized I needed a good attorney, and my efforts to work with CPS were made in vain.
I called several attorneys before calling Mr. Weiner, but didn't feel any of them could offer me a strategy or explain a plan to save my daughter from from CPS. I called The Weiner Law Group on a Friday afternoon, and Mr. Weiner spoke with me for about an hour and discussed strategy with me and not just fees and retainers as the other attorneys had. He gave me his cell phone number in case I needed anything over the weekend, and I hired Mr. Weiner the following Monday.
At this point I was separated from my husband and trying to relocate to CA with my daughter. Leaving the state with your child and an open CPS case is nearly impossible.
Mr. Weiner worked with the District Attorney on this case and appeared in court on my behalf several times saving me from emotional stress, travel expenses and childcare expenses that would come with leaving my daughter in CA.
Three months after this nightmare began, it is over. CPS has dropped case against me. My daughter remained in my custody during this fiasco and she and I are able to relocate to CA. It is kind of a miracle.
I could not be happier with the outcome of this case. Working with Mr. Jason Weiner was a pleasure. He was easy to get a hold of when I had concerns. His office staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Weiner was beyond fair with me when it came to billing. He didn't charge for phone calls, much less petty things like leaving me voice messages as many attorneys do. Mr. Weiner went way above and beyond the call of his duty and even came to court with me when I had to testify against my husband. He was so on the ball and kept better track of my case than me! I gained complete confidence in Mr. Jason Weiner.
When I look back on the past three months, I feel so grateful to be in CA with my daughter. I feel extremely blessed with this amazing team of support I have that includes my family and friends, and my attorney, Jason Weiner. I'm not sure I could have made it through without them. I would and will recommend Jason Weiner to anyone looking for a great attorney.
