  • Tim and company have been working on my bikes for a few years now and have always shown dedication in their work. Especially since Daniel joined the team, I feel like the work they do is very satisfactory. They go above and beyond to give your bike back in the best condition that they can make it at a reasonable price. My only advice is that if you're someone who can't live without your bike for a few days, that you find out when they will have time to work on your bike. They are pretty busy so sometimes they can get backed up for a couple of weeks during busy seasons. 3/10/14 Sorry guys...had to remove a star because they've got so much work and not enough mechanics that I've received less than satisfactory work lately! 4/25/14 So sorry guys, I had to yet again reduce my score. My bottom bracket fell apart while I was on a 50 mile ride. I know Neutral Cycle has been aware of my bottom bracket issues yet, this happened. If this was a possibility, why didn't anyone take care of it or care to tell me? Great for commuter bikes. If you're a bit more serious, I would take my bike elsewhere.
