  • All good things must come to end sadly.... very disappointed today. I must admit I still love Donna - her personality, passion and what she does with my hair BUT a price hike from $25 to $40 in 12 months is not what I expected at the end. I wasn't informed of this until the very end, when it was time to pay. All I was told at the counter was "everything goes up"....which is true but the up going almost double in a year (without letting customers know ahead) isn't very professional or customer - centered.
