Awesome experience, made amazing by my installer, Joe. He spent a good part of the morning, going over every component of my new system. I guess there were some Cox system issues today, but Joe worked through them with a great deal of patience.
After he left, it was clear that one of my revievers wasn't functioning properly. Joe came back out a few hours later, happy to replace it. He even noticed one issue that was causing a mediocre picture, and he spent the time to make it perfect.
I left directv because of their poor customer service. With amazing service from people like Joe, I think I'll stick with Cox for quite a while.
