I've lived here for almost 4 years and when it came time to renew my lease, they wanted to raise it AGAIN. Not 10 or 30 dollars but more like 81.00. Keep in mind I always pay my rent on time and have been very patient in regards to their MANY property related issues. I have an apartment that has had a leaking A/C unit for as long as I can remember. It leaks right into the hallway, EVERY NIGHT. Yes, EVERY NIGHT. The floors are coming up in the bathrooms along with chipping base boards in EVERY SINGLE ROOM. I've had so many service requests, I've now come to believe the management staff at Capri Apartments just don't care. When I asked if it would be possible to transfer to a different apartment, they told me I would pay close to 400 in fees not including a cleaning fee. Wow. When asked if the rate is flexible (meaning negotiable) they said no. I will ABSOLUTELY not pay MORE MONEY to stay in an apartment that is in desperate need of repairs.
