  • We hired this company to do the inspection on our new house. They did a good job on the inspection; however, I would strongly discourage anyone from using them because of the termite inspection company that they contract out to do the termite inspection of your house - Strike Force. Strike Force said we had no evidence of termites or termite damage. However, 3 days after living in the new house I found tubes everywhere - kitchen, master bath, hallway, living room, entryway, etc. And, yes, we've contacted Strike Force and they have only demonstrated incompetence and unprofessionalism. We had to hire a different competent termite company to treat our house and it's cost us thousands of dollars. This company as well as another reputable termite company estimate that the house has had the termites for at least a couple of years. We've called AJF numerous times to give them a heads up and let them know that the termite company they are using is not doing their job. But AJF has not returned our phone calls. Hence, the low rating. I will never use this company again and discourage anyone from using them.
