  • My husband and I had gone into Toyota of Amherst on 3/19/2016 to look at and test drive a Toyota RAV4. We indicated to our sales person, Daniel Smith, that we were just looking and hoping to narrow down our search since we had a few different vehicles we had been comparing. Our sales person preceded to hard sell us the entire time we were there. He ignored everything we said and pushed us into test driving a vehicle (not the one we went there to see). During the test drive, we found him to be rude and pushy. He learned that we had a vehicle that we were in the process of selling. Dan pushed for us to get a trade in quote which we politely declined. At the end of the test drive he hopped out of the vehicle visibly annoyed, mumbled something under his breath and walked away. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing. My husband and I stood around for awhile perplexed, not knowing what just happened. I'm very disappointed in the sales service at this location. We won't be going back and will advise all friends and family of the same.
