  • I've been to this Cost cutters location multiple times over the past few years and have always had great experiences, but this last time I went was HORRIBLE. I asked for a simple cut (about 2-3 inches off& layers) and the girl there (RED HAIR & PIERCINGS ALL OVER HER LIPS) completely screwed me up. My hair was uneven & choppy. the fact that she even thought that she did was what I asked for confuses me even more and even the fact that she let me walk out of the place looking like that. I had to end up going somewhere else to get it corrected & cut off another 3 inches. And when I got to the other salon the stylist there were in shock and confused at what she did. I was extremely disappointed in my overall experience this time & definitely will not be getting my hair cut at this location again if she is the only one working. I can not stress it enough when I say if you go to this location and she is the only one working just walk out, because she obviously doesn't know what she's doing& does not care about how you look when you leave
