  • Not happy on the fact that I asked for fresh baked cookies because the ones on the counter were hard as a rock. Seriously! they say they "just baked cookies" and gave me a box from the back supposly just baked. I got home, opened it, sure enough, hard! Went back to return it and speak to the manager. She was just as non caring as the bakery person. Pretty much she was telling me I was wrong. I grabbed a cookie out of the box to literally show her. She didn't care or bother to say, I'll bake one for you. I felt lime she didn't care one bit. Instead she said, the person who we had to bake and who was really good, is no longer here. I'm like, well, let me tell you these cookies are horrendous! Not coming here anymore! There cookies are gone so bad!
