  • All the rumors are true. This place is a sh*thole. It's not a hotel, it's a helltel. Was charged DOUBLE the resort fee quoted by the travel sites I booked through. Hotel blames travel site (oddly enough the changing daily room rates are always correct). Then was double charged the room rates by the hotel AND the travel site on checkout. $13/day (+tax) resort (ha ha ha!) fee gets you free roaches in the bathroom and AC that can't keep up with the 100+ degree weather outside. Dumpster conveniently located right outside your door so you can finish throwing out the little bits of trash the last guest left that housekeeping forgot. Thoughtful.
