  • I'll start with the positives of this place; Aesthetically appealing from the waiting room to the private massage and laser rooms. Incredible, low price specials and the occasional groupon. I received an awesome deal during a June special- brazilian and underarms for $125 AND the matching treatment for $0.99! So i purchased all 6 treatments at that time for $375. After 6 treatments you only need touch ups for $25. The quality of the laser at this facility is great! Very little to no pain involved in the actual procedure. Now onto the unfortunate negatives... The customer service is awful. The older lady at the front desk is very curt, and certainly not friendly. I always am interested in the products they sell at the front but refuse to purchase anything since the service/lady is so awful. The laser techs are very hit or miss. They very very rarely ever introduce themselves to you. Its always just a "Hey, come back this way" in a very rushed tone. Plus, the place has a huge turn over so once you finally find a great tech that doesn't make you feel incredibly awkward they'll probably be gone by the next time you're in. My final complaint... If you are late by any amount of time you are docked from your appointment but still expected to pay full price. For instance- I was 5 minutes late to my touch up appointment (only a 15 minute appointment) so they made it very clear that I would only have 10 minutes worth of laser for a brazilian and underarms... Pretty ridiculous. They shouldn't book appointments so close together that they need to be so cut throat about minute by minute. After this last instance I'm tempted to find a new place with better customer service and appreciation. Too bad I have already sank so much money into this place!
