  • Unprofessional and scammers!! One hr late arrival and after loading my items into the trunk, they refused to drive to the destination unless I pay an additional hour that was not agreed upon...AND They also forced me to pay up for the first two hours before they start moving claiming it's company policy to accept a 2 hr deposit first- this is the scam part cus I had to pay more for the 'deposit' than the actual move cost and never got my money back. They held my items hostage in the truck because they wouldn't drive to the destination unless I pay them an hour more than agreed price. I called the owner to discuss - he screamed at me saying that I'm a "fucking retard fuck you x3 and he know where I live" (moving address duh). Complete disrespect and he's a psycho. Called the cops but dispatcher said might take up to two hours and I couldn't stay around to wait. The movers then wanted to charge me time for waiting for the cops to show up. Awful human beings. Just Complete crooks. I asked them to just unload my stuff then, but they refused to unload unless I pay another $100 unloading fee. I was the only girl moving and I felt so harassed I had to leave- lost my items but I rather leave it than paying them anymore money. Complete scam! They also register under many different names, I got two emails from them one is "we haul", "moving anytime" and their contract sheet upon arrival says "ebs transport."
