| - Landed here for our weekend getaway/Terminal 1, back to the US. After the holiday weekend, maybe it was more crowded than normal, but there were lines everywhere.
smallest bathrooms ever on baggage claim level, 2 small stalls, so a line can form quickly.
Bathrooms in the gate F 60 area has more stalls
A good amount of food options :
Hearth - sit down restaurant, can be a long wait once you order your meal
Booster juice
Cibo for snacks, nuts, water, soda and soft drinks, energy bars/chocolate, pastors, wraps, sandwiches
Can buy some maple syrup at one of those stands/stores in the middle of the walkway.
Customs was at first very fast with kiosks for your passport, and agents all around to direct you, answer questions, even walk up to you if you looked confused. But then you need to get on line, and it was crazy long. We waited for at least an hour plus, with the line moving slowly and growing rapidly. Finally, they opened more lanes and diverted some people, but why not do that in the first place? Good thing we got here super early, definitely the 3 hour plus mark , because that gave us a lot of leeway to accommodate for the long line.
Security lines moved along at a nice pace -- some of the agents would bark out instructions, but it didn't feel rude or condescending like I had in some other experiences.
At arrivals: loved the artwork scattered all around and the dinosaur structure. There was also a Starbucks and a large waiting area for people to check in on their friends/family arriving. Once outside, there was a very organized taxi stand and we got out cab within minutes.
