  • Read previous review, when conrads opened here I took advantage of a $20 oil change deal. Unlike the previous review I asked them to take a look an exhaust issue (slight percussion from exhaust) that's it. I got a call later in the day with a full write up telling me I'd need a whole new exhaust system and that my rear axle needed repairing and etc etc...all totaling to $2500+. This is my beater car I use for winter and is probably worth about as much as the repair. I asked them to stop what they were doing and id come pick up the vehicle. They asked me "you sound mad, is there something wrong?" I wasn't mad but I was short and succinct with my response as I didn't want them messing with the car anymore. Well low and behold I got the car back and ironically my exhaust percussion was twice as loud from when I dropped it off earlier that day (go figure, now I'm mad!). Simply took my car down the street to jims automotive, they replaced the catalytic converter for $400, issue solved! Don't let these guys price gouge you to pay for their fancy blue painted lifts. I trust my car in the smaller guys, they get you what you need!
