I visited this store on a dry clean sunny day and yes, they ask you to remove your shoes before heading up to the second floor which is carpeted. My problem was that their grey worn carpet looked less sanitary than my shoes so I hesitated. Fortunately they do have those blue hospital cloth slippers. You don't feel glamorous with them on but hey, us women will do anything to find our perfect dress.
I was helped by Racquel who was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.
I visited a lot of evening wear stores in a span of a week and most were not friendly or professional.
