  • I live approx 45 min away, but as I stopped by after visiting my dr's office, it was only a 20 min drive from there. Realizing it was Cyber Monday, I asked if there were any specials and was informed by the woman at the front desk that if I spent more than $70, I would receive a pre-roll...but only if I called in an order or went online. Ok, so I called and placed my order. However, because I was a walk in and didn't call in prior to my arrival or go online, I was informed I would have to wait 1 hour to actually get my free pre-roll. The gentleman with whom I placed my order with, called me back as he was having difficulty finding me in their system. I tell him I am waiting in the lobby if he wanted to come out and see my card. He then comes out from the back and goes to the front desk. During the discussion with the woman at the front desk, this gentleman was informed if he takes me back now, he was not allowed to give me my free pre-roll because I have not waited long enough for it. Really? I am being punished for not knowing ahead of time about their special and not waiting long enough? The gentleman takes me back, does my order up, and apologizes to me because he was not authorized to give me the free pre-roll, but if I wait out in their lobby for another 1/2 hour, I could then receive it. This is pretty shitty. How long would it have taken that gentleman to place a pre-roll, which he informed me was already made up, in my bag - 5 seconds at most? I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service! b
