Received the invoice with the correct amount today. Satisfied with the entire rental, but still felt very stressful over the weekend because of the issue I had in my previous comment. Can only give 3 stars for now.

Rented a Nissan Rogue from Nov 8 and returned the car on Nov 10 at 5AM in the morning. There were no staff at the return, so I followed the instruction and left the keys in the car than posted the rental agreement with return mileage etc. in the return box.
As of Nov. 12, I still have not received my invoice. I have been calling and talking to Hertz to resolve this issue but they can't seem to connect me to the desk at YYZ nor find a solution to this problem. Very stressful and disappointing.
