  • We had an appointment with them to come out and give us an estimate on a railing for our pool. We were told it would be on Friday afternoon. They still weren't here by 4:30p, so I called to ask where they were and the girl said she would give me a all right back. It took her over an hour to return my call and when she did call she said that they couldn't come out today and they wanted to reschedule for Monday. We have a lot of painting to do and other things to get done on our home. We didn't go out and get anything else done today waiting on Calaban's to come out and give us the estimate on the railing. They totally wasted our day, if they couldn't make it we should have gotten a phone call a lot earlier in the day and we shouldn't have been the ones to call them ask them where they were. Very unprofessional and very rude. They didn't care anything about our time so we will take our business else where. I would give them zero stars if I could
