  • If I could put a negative star I would have. I had them out a year ago to look at my Hoshizaki Ice machine (excellent product) home use, very little time on it ( afew years). Charged me $150 or so to look at it , then said it would be $1200-$1500 to fix it as it needed a new compressor. I couldn't believe with home use, quality of product etc. it would be something that major ! Just last week I met an area appliance guy , who was very familiar with the machine and allowed him to take it home and fix on his leisure. Called me back 3 weeks later and advise it was a small pump that failed and it would be $150. MY gut on this one..........they saw my house , on the lake , beautiful etc. and tried to take advantage of me ! I will never go there or recommend them for anything !
