  • Hey vote of no confidence is in order. I had a prescription filled at this pharmacy. They did not get the prescription right nor did they get the instructions on how to take the medicine right. I return to the pharmacy and ask that they check with the doctor. They rewrote the label with new instructions. Again, the instructions were wrong. I would be very careful if you have a prescription filled at this pharmacy. They could care less if they get the instructions and the medication wrong. Probably they're only concern is that they don't get in trouble. It was very clear that they did not care about the customers well being. If I was you I would go elsewhere. They just don't give a damn. One star is the lowest rating. I GIVE THEM A 0 STAR RATING. ADDENDUM: Since I posted this review things have gotten much better. I almost feel that much of how one is treated there has to do with recognition. This probably shouldn't be a consideration but regular customers are recognized by the businesses they frequent. Many of those who were working during my previous experience are gone and the present employees seem more willing to do a reasonable job. There is one woman at this Walgreen's who is exemplary and deserves a BIG raise for her untiring service and friendly attitude. She remembers many of the customers and makes a point of looking at them and smiling and talk to them.
