rev:text	Let me just say this, I signed up for yelp today exclusively to write this review. I went to this clinic only because they were the only one that had an opening for rabies shot and my shit Tzu needed it asap so that I could take him to get groomed. the staff argued in front of me and other customers about the phone being on hold among many other things. They tried to sell me everything under the sun pulling on my heartstrings with my puppy. they even tried to sell me a special type of water that would help keep my puppies teeth clean including a special toothbrush for $25. But that's not why I'm upset. the Blatantly lied to my face about the parvo shot and told me its a two part shot and that I would need to return for the second shot after 3 weeks. They told me that I would NOT need to pay for the follow-up shot because I paid for it the first time which was $120.. then they charged me $25 for the follow up shot. I was beyond livid but paid it anyway..Dr. Kern is the worst of the worst and seemed sneaky/greedy in everyway.. treating her coworkers like animals, rude, demeaning, disrespectful, and worst of all dishonest. I will NEVER return to this place, and if I didn't have more important things to do I would stand outside of the clinic with a sign that says beware of this horrible business, with the chance of saving another unsuspecting poor victim. TAKE IT FROM ME, DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I am an animal lover and people that take advantage of people like me are downright scum.
