Edit: I called and spoke with someone today at 6:10pm and asked if they could replace my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with the parts I ordered (Samsung Genuine/OEM) on my own. At first I was told that he could but not today. Then he asked and was told that no they could not because it would void any warranty I have with Samsung. I told him that there was no warranty on my Samsung device and asked him how much the part would be and they told me $219.99 plus tax. It's beyond me why they force people to order new parts when a device is out of warranty. You replacing the screen/lcd on my device is not going to add a warranty to it. So that whole line about it being Samsung's rule is pointless when the device is not in warranty. I'm literally annoyed to the max about this experience and you can be sure that should I ever need services I won't be utilizing your services nor will I refer my customers to you (as I have in the past). So it's unfortunate that you require customers to pay you to mark up parts and it's unfortunate I had to call you out on it.
P.S. A 90 day warranty is not worth the large price of your part/service but thank you for clarifying that part. Your quick response to my review earned you a star by itself :)
