| - When you're hopping off the bus in Bloomfield, it's late at night, and you have that powerful sushi craving...there's Ginza. I love that they offer a tasty hand-roll, sushi or sashimi. Their fish is cut properly, and most importantly is fresh. No, it's not as good as Penn Ave Fish Company, but it's much better than several other Pittsburgh sushi experiences I could name. The price is right too - I recently got 2 salmon handrails to go for less than $11. Everyone there is very friendly, and there is always a table available, even when you walk in. They are willing to make modifications within reason too. I absolutely love pickled ginger, and they were happy to send me on my way with extra. Overall, a great experience, and a consistent positive experience.
