  • I've had issues a few times with them forgetting to write down my reservation, causing issues dropping off or picking up my dog. However despite that I still give them 4 stars because I know my dog is difficult to deal with. I have a large fear aggressive rescued American Bulldog. To me she is my gentle baby, but to a stranger she will growl and snap if she feels threatened. I travel often because of work and with her behavior around strangers I can not leave her at most kennels or with a pet sitter. I don't remember the name of the lady that runs the kennel, but my dog seems to tolerate her, which is a huge deal. My dog allows her to take her away from me and back to the kennels which is more than she has allowed any one else. I've even seen the lady kiss my dog on the nose, which I don't think my dog has let anyone other than me do! I don't know what I would do if I wasn't able to drop her off there as I worry that other kennels wouldn't be patient enough for her or would ask me not to bring her back due to her behavior.
