  • Patience is key, and the main reason I rated Dave Larsen 5 stars. A coworker of mine recommended I call Dave when I was thinking about buying a house. That's just what I was doing too, thinking and plotting, but I knew nothing about how the process worked. Let me tell you, Dave is the most knowledgeable person in real estate I've ever met and I'm so glad he got me on the right track. I worked with Dave for over a year and a half because I had credit issues, a foreclosed home, and just overall did not have a great chance of being a homeowner. I stopped by Dave's office a few times and tweaked my search criteria all the way up to a couple of months ago when I finally decided on Maricopa. I'm obviously very indecisive, but he didn't complain once about assisting, even for small things. Every time I came, he had a book or a pamphlet, with more information, and I got regular emails about important steps you need to take when planning to purchase a home. At one point, I figured I was just wasting his time because I wasn't sure if I could get prequalified for a loan. But Dave wasn't worried, he referred me to the expert in the kind of loan that I wanted (VA), and if I ever got confused about anything in the process, he came to the rescue. Because of Dave, I am officially a homeowner of a beautiful 3900 sq ft house and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend him to anyone even thinking about purchasing a home. Dave will school you up on everything you need to go! I want to add that he's super friendly and I wouldn't call anyone but him resell the house if needed
