My husband ordered me a bouquet 8 days in advance for Valentine's Day. My order never got delivered. He feels so terrible that i was the only girl in the office to not get a delivery from her husband for the holiday. I went into the store to get a refund, and there were about 6 people in there with the same issue as well as calls coming in for no delivery complaints. The 2 girls working the counter claimed to be temps, and of course no manager on duty. All she could do was take down my order number and phone number to "give me a call back"! Poor poor customer service.
