  • Ordered a kobe beef burger and it looked/tasted like a school lunch patty. It was so disgusting I literally had one bite and my server said she could tell I was unhappy. I told her why and she responded by saying well it's from Japan so it can't be fresh it had to be frozen... no offer to speak to a manager or if I wanted to exchange my meal or anything... I still paid for it in full and the only thing I ate was some fries.. won't be back
