This was a fun mix of history with some ghost stories thrown in. I was more interested in the history of Toronto (I forgot about the hangings that were common!). I took the Original Haunted Walk of Toronto which started at the Hockey Hall of Fame and ended at the Mackenzie house. We took the tour in October, so we got to go inside the Mackenzie house and do a little scavenger hunt and speak with the volunteers who run the house. (One gentleman was a fantastic fountain of knowledge about the house and its history.)
The gentleman who was our tour guide was very friendly and was good at his story telling, if a little stiff in his delivery. It was distracting from the experience, but not so much that I didn't enjoy the information and stories.
I haven't tried their Ghosts and Spirits of the Distillery tour yet, but would like to try it at some point.
