No no no... Just go find somewhere else to eat. I tried to stop here the other morning for a quick breakfast and coffee. There was nothing quick about it, the drive thru had a long line so I decided to use the Mobile Curbside Ordering system through their app. I've had success with it for a few weeks now at other locations. This location though is totally clueless when it comes to their own mobile ordering system. I placed my order at 10:45am and it only contained an Iced Coffee and McMuffin. I watched them clear out their whole drive through line which took about 10 minutes. Mind you, mobile orders show up in front of the rest of orders and have an icon that indicates where it's going. About another 3 minutes pass and another car goes through and I'm starting to get angry because they are going to cause me to be late for work. I decide to call the store and the first time they didn't answer and the fax machine picked up. I called again and someone answers 'McDonalds'. I told them I placed an order 15 minutes ago and still haven't received my order. The person then said "Oh, we were wondering where that went. Your order came up as an Uber order and we didn't know.". I told her I was outside at curbside pickup and then she told a colleague that the order needed to go outside. She told me they are making it now and it would be out. They finally brought it out and I got to leave making me late for work. I reported my issues to McDonald's corporate who followed up to first but we shall see if anything has changed soon. The outdoor areas were kind of filthy with trash everywhere and the trash receptacles were overflowing. If I had a choice again I'd absolutely go to Bojangles next door.
