  • Candinas is a local chocolatier. I had the opportunity to try their chocolates on a recent visit to Madison, WI, courtesy of Epic. On our last day of training, each student received a small box of these delectable chocolates that melted in your mouth upon contact and the smooth taste lingered but did not overpower my taste buds. There is Epic lore that the CEO and founder of Epic had a disagreement with a medical executive, and years later, he came back with his tail between his legs. The CEO said a box of chocolates and all would be forgiven. Maybe they were these very chocolates! Hopefully, I'll be able to visit the store on my next trip to Wisconsin!
