I can't even give these idiots one star but if I didn't it wouldn't post. While trying to work on a project to better my community I called and spoke to Nancy. What a raving ..... This is quite common however with property management companies and my guess is they are infested with narrow minded "Stepford Wife" types that think the length of your grass is more important then drug dealers. Taylor is the Green Valley South master and there is nothing they do that couldn't be done by a primary management company. The use of a second HOA is redundant and needs to be addressed. Try getting this done and you will run into roadblocks that are obviously set up to stall any progress and protect the jobs of people that don't really know what real work is but collect huge salaries for sitting in lavish offices on the backs of hard working homeowners, many of whom struggle thanks to the economy which was crashed by people in the real estate, mortgage and management industry. Ironic, isn't it? We do not need more than one "privatized government" going around judging others. My research has uncovered many suspicious connections between the business community and HOAs. Taylor seems to be the same. Many of the rules are designed to not allow owners or residents to do their own home improvement, auto repair, landscaping etc and are suspiciously geared to forcing people to use certain venders. (I'm sure that's only a coincidence, wink wink). I only wish that more HOA members would follow in the footsteps of the four members of Vistana Condominiums. What a wonderful world it would be if they all followed suit.
