  • If these people come to your door run for the hills. Dishonest fraudulent opportunists misrepresentation. Was told 50 dollars for initial service and 35 monthly only to discover it is actually 125 for 5 minutes of service and 120 a month for 24 months CONTRACT!! Used scare tactics that my little dogs could die. Then when I attempted to cancel service by phone within 3 business days per arizona law no return call and forced to spend another 25 dollars for certified mail. Finally received a call and told contract cancelled but I am responsible for the 125 dollar service fee for the poison they put in my back yard after being assured that they are eco friendly and do not use poison AT ALL . Refused to let me pay the 50 dollars that I was quoted and on my security camera footage. So I am out 140 dollars for absolutely nothing. These people are making their money scamming home owners period. Who pays 120 a month for pest control? Based in Chicago also. How convenient. I only chose 1 star because I couldn't post my review without it.
