The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses in mid-December. Despite asking for the thinnest possible lenses, the order was processed as 1.67 index instead of 1.74. Not to fret, when the glasses failed the first quality inspection, I noticed the error and paid for the upgrade. After, the second failure to pass quality inspection (actually one pair passed the second quality inspection only to fail the sight test when tried on), I was given a reasonable refund (~25%) and was told that my order was being "closely monitored" by a manager. Well, almost one month later and no status update (well beyond their service delivery standards), I emailed to get a better sense of the delays. I received to successive ill conceived excuses - "the number of glasses adds to the delivery time" - "oh you're getting polarized lenses and ultra-thin lenses well that adds five business days for each" (as though they're being added to the same pair of glasses). After insisting that they refund my money if they couldn't meet their service standard, they finally refunded the money after the second request.
I guess you get what you pay for; I recommend you pay any company that can give you a pair of glasses in less than two months - which is almost all of them.
