  • Terrible experience. Would not hire again. Experienced delayed service, no quality walkthroughs, property damage, and poor customer service. Nearly two months later, we're still waiting for missed baseboards to be sealed, quality check for the stairs that we feel are poorly built. They got stain on our wood floors, counters, and halfway up the hallway walls. The owner is condescending and disrespectful. We wish we would have hired ANYONE else. I feel the home advisor ratings for this contractor are inadequate portrayals of his work. What's in our house is a far cry from what he advertises on his website. The crown moulding was the only part of the job done correctly without having to repeatedly ask to correct poor workmanship. The workers turned our air conditioner down to 65 and left it there even after they were finished for the day. The house was vacant and I did not find the temp setting until three days later. The temperature outside was 118 that week. We are lucky the air conditioner kept up without damage. Our garage door key pad wire was cut. The owner had to splice it when he returned. The sealed box in our garage that contained my son's new bed was cut open and trash and caulking was thrown into it. Although Alex removed the cost of the bed and rental truck fees we incurred, we no longer feel comfortable with Alex or his team in our home unattended. I have called another stair contractor in to get an estimate for repairs.
