Shockingly mediocre. This was the only buffet I tried during my last trip to Vegas. We came here on a Saturday evening and were seated at about 8:30pm and it felt like nothing but leftovers. The line was long, the place was packed so I would have assumed the food would be fresh but almost none of it was.
After so many rave reviews, I was really surprised at how dry and stale a majority of the food seemed to be, and how disorganized/flustered the staff was. The lamb at the carving station was quite good but I was unable to get another serving b/c they were perpetually "cooking another batch". The seafood station was a completely mess and the crab legs were partially steamed and partially cold, on the same serving tray. Eventually the staff stopped restocking it and just handed plates with a few crab legs and a lot of water to guests.
I had hoped for a better experience but all in all I just don't think I'll give this one another try. It absolutely could have been an off night but forking over $70+ per person for that experience (it was a holiday) was enough for me to skip this entirely during my next visit.
